User Agreement

Article 1: Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement is a user agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “User”) and Nanjing Xianchan Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Developer”) regarding the use of the Trips Flow software (hereinafter referred to as “Software”). This Agreement outlines the rights and obligations of the User in using the Software. Please read and understand the contents of this Agreement carefully.

Article 2: Developer Information

The Software is a travel itinerary management tool that offers the following functions:

  • User Registration and Login: Users need to use their email address and a verification code to log in for the first time. Successful login completes the registration process.

  • Itinerary Parsing: Users can forward information such as airline tickets, hotel bookings, train tickets, and theme park tickets to the public parsing email address track@freecicoda.com. The system will automatically parse and generate itinerary data.

  • Itinerary Management: Users can view, edit, and delete parsed itinerary information.

  • Flight Reminders: The Software provides real-time flight status reminders, including flight delays, cancellations, and boarding reminders.

  • Subscription Services: The Software offers two types of users: Regular Users and PRO Subscribers.

    • Regular User: Registration automatically makes a user a Regular User, granting access to 2 email parsing permissions.

    • PRO Subscriber: Unlimited parsing, with three subscription plans:

      • Monthly Subscription: $2.99/month
      • Annual Subscription: $29.99/year
      • Lifetime Membership: $69.99 one-time purchase for lifetime usage.

Article 4: Subscription Details

If the User chooses the “Subscription” purchase mode, please be aware of the following:

  • The fee will be deducted from the iTunes account after confirmation of purchase and at the end of the free trial period.
  • Subscriptions are auto-renewing services. If the User does not intend to renew, please manually cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • The renewal fee will be deducted within 24 hours before the end of the current cycle.
  • After subscribing, users can manage the renewal cycle and other operations through the “Subscriptions” section available in their App Store account.

Article 5: User Rights and Obligations

  • User Rights:

    • Users have the right to use the Software and its functions in accordance with this Agreement.
    • Users have the right to choose to subscribe to PRO membership to enjoy more functions and services.
    • Users have the right to terminate their use of the Software at any time.

  • User Obligations:

    • Users must comply with this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations.
    • Users must ensure that their registration information is true, accurate, complete, and updated promptly.
    • Users must properly protect their account password and are responsible for any actions taken using their account.
    • Users must respect the legitimate rights and interests of other users and may not use the Software for any illegal or infringing activities.

Article 6: Developer Rights and Obligations

  • Developer Rights:

    • The Developer has the right to provide the Software and its functions in accordance with this Agreement.
    • The Developer has the right to modify, update the Software, and adjust its functions.
    • The Developer has the right to deal with user violations, including but not limited to warnings, restrictions on function usage, and account bans.

  • Developer Obligations:

    • The Developer should strive to ensure the security and stability of the Software.
    • The Developer should strive to protect user information security and take reasonable measures to prevent the leakage of user information.
    • The Developer should promptly address user feedback on reasonable issues.

Article 7: Privacy Protection

The Developer promises to respect user privacy and will take reasonable measures to protect user personal information. The use and protection of user personal information will be conducted in accordance with the Developer’s privacy policy, which can be accessed through the Software or the Developer’s website.

Article 8: Disclaimer

The Developer is not responsible for any errors, defects, malfunctions, delays, or interruptions in the Software. The Developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by the User’s use of the Software.

Article 9: Agreement Amendments

The Developer has the right to modify this Agreement. Modified Agreements will be published on the Software or the Developer’s website. Users should stay informed of Agreement updates and review them regularly. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Article 10: Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled through amicable negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail, either party may initiate litigation in the people’s court where the Developer is located.

Article 11: Agreement Effectiveness

This Agreement takes effect from the moment the User clicks the “Agree” button or starts using the Software.

Article 12: Others

The right of interpretation of this Agreement belongs to the Developer.

The User acknowledges and agrees to all of the above terms and promises to abide by this Agreement.
